I am a registered user. I have MWS installed on my PC with no problems.
However, I now have a new PC and want to use it on this. I've installed it ok, and I enter the code, and it says "thanks, now you must restart"

I did this, but still unregistered version. I checked the registry entries and they match. Am I doing something wrong?

Never heard about such problems.
May be if you use Vista, try run MWS under administrator rights (right click on icon, "Run as administrator") then enter code.
