HI, for example if i sac a festering goblin

http://magiccards.info/10e/en/143.html

while having a grave pact

http://magiccards.info/10e/en/144.html

what happends first?
for example: my opponent choses a creature to sac and then i target other creature for the -1/-1. or i chose the target of the goblin's ability fisrt?

If you control both, you can choose what order they will resolve in.
