It seems installing all third party masterbase files in .94c make MWS think it's still the old T2, odessy block included, and no Mirrodin.
all Mirrodin cards are banned, and you can't even choose the Mirrodin set from the Main Filter.

Is there anyway to solve this?

(By the way, "installing" here means just copying and pasting the third party file in the default MWS folder
Am I doing anything wrong?)

I tried everything. I updated rulings and stuff, nothing happened.

this is what I get when I do "Check Deck Legality":

Checking Deck for Standard (T2) Legality:

Main deck must have at least 60 cards: OK
Sideboard must have either 15 cards or 0 cards: OK

Legal T2 Editions: "8E", "MR", "SC", "LE", "ON"

Banned: [MR] Mountain (1)
Banned: [MR] Swamp (1)
Banned: [MR] Great Furnace
Banned: [MR] Vault of Whispers
Banned: [MR] Disciple of the Vault
Banned: [MR] Atog
Banned: [MR] Krark-Clan Grunt
Banned: [MR] Megatog
Banned: [MR] Iron Myr
Banned: [MR] Leaden Myr
Banned: [MR] Myr Retriever
Banned: [MR] Cathodion
Banned: [MR] Goblin Replica
Banned: [MR] Pyrite Spellbomb
Banned: [MR] Talisman of Indulgence
Banned: [MR] Nuisance Engine
Banned: [MR] Skeleton Shard

Current Deck is NOT LEGAL for Standard (T2)

Before 0.94c2, the Autoupdater modified the database for me, but now I have to download the normal database file, overriding the one with flavor. Can't I combine the 2? I would really appreciate some help.

U are right, U cannot combine the two (as far as i know... )

Maybe with scripting u (or someone else) can find a way to easily update the masterbase with new rulings and card sets...

Dev's?????

We plan to create a synchronization utility for "MWS Master Base" -> "Third party Master base".
But it will be available only for registered users.

Sound like an excellent idea of a new tool, but on a second thought, it takes one registered user to keep a flavor-text-updated third party version of the MtG masterbase to spread it to others. Which somehow beats the purpose of "only to registered users" distribution, or at least I happen to think so. Just had to mention it.
