I don't know exactly what this means but here are a few suggestions...
-Do you have a firewall (like Zonalarm)? If so check that MWS has access to Internet, otherwise it won't work
-Try reinstalling MWS (I know, but sometimes it is just what the damn thing needs to get working again)
-If you are looking for updates, check the site, they offer updates for those who can't use the Autoupdater
Hope this helped (a little) _________________ "The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing."

Well, it all depends on what fire-wall u are using...
for example if u are using zonealarm, the very first time u use a program that requires internet it just asks u what to do (allow it, deny it, etc...), or you could find it in zonealarm menu and then configure it...
First of all what firewall do u use? _________________ "The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing."

Well, u could try shutting that down and then try doing the updater:
-if the updater works, then u know it's the firewall and then u can look for a solution there (I'm not that familiar with that program, but I'll try.. )
-if it still doesn't work, we'll have to look somewere else for the solution
Try it and post back what happened, ok? _________________ "The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing."
