Great 8e pics! now, when will we have hi-res FULLs?
I dl'ed the Legions pics, and they have a problem.. the color is off, its too dark. i have existing LE crops that are way better looking than the ones you have. for example, your Akroma's purple is very dark, where mine is nice and colorful. the rest seem to be similar. Mine may be lower quality however, but i think i got them from here whenever they first came out.
Anyway, i am uploading those MIE pics i promised you to my site FOR A FEW DAYS since i dont get much space: www.angelfire.com/va/planeswlk/
the link is at the very bottom, left click the file and save what you get, you cannot right click save the file cause angelfire is picky. _________________ HGML Patch Programmer, Webmaster, and Set Coordinator

I dont have space to host a Complete Full scan set, (I do have 500 MB and i'm using ~300 ) So i can upload a full set if someone send it to me...
To Dreamcrawler: ? do you have the full set renamed ?
I do have the pics from the shop site in the "magic8E-000.jpg" format. if you have the set renamed I can upload a full scan set...

I downloaded the Mwsassist program from Joe_Ramone's site and when it finished Downloading a Set it says failed to Create a Directory. What do I have to do to fix this and is there another way to download the Pictures? What folder would I have to put them in? |

Hi, one little question.
First ... THX for the Pics, very nice
Downloaded all offered pics, and did everything here is described. In MWS all pictures are showed correctly ... but in MWSplay all pictures WITHOUT the lands are showed ... thats point of irritating.
I mean ... every creature, artifact, spell or whatever i can see with image, but the lands are clean as if I had'nt downloaded hundreds of pics.
Anyone has an idea how i can solve this problem?
Thx for any help !!
PS: Sry for my english, I think it's not the best |

You have to go to your pictures directories and manually rename all pictures for Land.
Your land should be called: Forest332.jpg
Rename to: Forest(1).jpg
do this for all lands in all sets that have lands, using (2) and (3) and (4) where applicable. Hope this helps |

Garfunkel, the MWS Assist program is not an official program. Someone made it, but it did not come from here. As such, nobody here has specific information to the problems you've encountered.
Another way to download the pictures is to just go to the website of Joe_Ramone, where you downloaded the program in the first place.
The picture archives are all on his site, and you can download them one-by-one by clicking on an archive, just like any other file you'd download from the web.
To use those pictures, you put each set in a different directory (folder).
For example, you make C:\Program Files\Magic Workstation\Pics.
Then, you create C:\Program Files\Magic Workstation\Pics\8e, C:\Program Files\Magic Workstation\Pics\Sc, etcetera.
In the 8e sub-folder, you put all the pictures of 8th edition, in the Sc sub-folder, you put all the pictures of Scourge, and so on. A different subfolder for every set. The abbreviation for a set determines the name the subfolder should have.
Once you've done that, you go into MWS and go to preferences. There's an option to set the image base folder. Go there and set it to C:\Program Files\Magic Workstation\Pics.
If you encounter more trouble with this, search these forums, there are plenty of questions and answers concerning using images in MWS.
Hope this helps. |

Sorry for not posting anymore, I was on holiday and forgot I had done the whole renaming stuff for full scans on my pc at work
Joe are you still interested in full scans (all properly renamed with hyphens and .full) of 8th ed, lo-res?
If so please pm me with an e-mail address of yours which can contain an 8mb zipfile
PS: I downloaded your cropped ones. thieves auction.jpg has to be renamed into thieves' auction.jpg to work properly.
let me know, bye bye _________________ Silvia
