No timeframe yet. Developers are still working on the next version (0.95). This is a major version, so be patient.

At least - 2 month
0.95 will have some absolutely new technologies... but it will be first step to AI and rule cheking

MWS 0.95 will have powerful Script engine - LUA (part of "Fallout" game was writen on LUA )

Yes, MWS 0.95 will use _only_ XML at all
